The GME UPPER Advance Course B2 ensures that candidate Can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in his/her field of specialization. Can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with mother-tongue speakers quite possible without strain for either party. Can produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a point of view on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options.
END OF SESSION EXPECTATIONS (German Language B2)
- At the end of the section, candidates of B2 CEFR German Level must at least be able to:
- WRITE clear, detailed texts on a wider range of subjects related to your interests. Also, able to write an essay or report on varieties of topics giving reasons in support of or against a particular point of view.
- READ articles and reports concerned with contemporary problems in which the writers adopt particular attitudes or viewpoints.
- LISTEN and understand extended speeches and lectures of a typical native speaker, also able to follow even more complex lines of argument.
- SPEAK with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible. Also, able to take an active part in a discussion about common topics like politics, businesses, cultures, and social topics.
